Basic Information

As of 1 March 2024, the company formerly known as Industry Servis ZK, a.s. was renamed ZRIA, a.s. (Zlín Regional Investment Agency). ZRIA, a.s., formerly Industry Servis ZK, a.s., is a subsidiary of the Zlín Region. It provides services in the development, management, and occupation of the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone (SPZ Holešov). It is also the owner and operator of the Progress Technology Park within the industrial zone premises. The company’s registered office is also located at the Progress Technology Park.
