Space Rental

Rental spaces and related services at the Technology Park are provided according to the nature of each project. Within the complex of three buildings with 24/7 access, the following facilities are available:

 

• nulti-purpose production and storage halls,
• laboratory facilities,
• office spaces,
• meeting rooms and conference facilities.

 

Modern conference facilities for hosting training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other corporate events are available not only to resident companies but to all interested parties. The large conference hall accommodates up to 100 people, the small hall 10–15 people. Audiovisual equipment, a data projector, catering facilities, parking, and other services are available.

Services included with the rental

Additional services are provided together with the rental of premises, tailored to the needs of tenants:

 

• reception and security services,
• cleaning and maintenance,
• municipal waste disposal,
• parking facilities,
• internet connectivity and IT services,
• connection to a backup power supply,
• option to register the company’s official address,
• furniture rental options available.

Incubation services, information support and R&D support

In cooperation with the Technology Innovation Centre Ltd. in Zlín, consulting services are provided in the following areas:

 

• preparation of business plans,
• identification of funding opportunities for business and R&D&I projects (research, development, and innovation support),
• assistance with intellectual property protection,
• connections to regional and external R&D&I capacities and partners.

Additional services include:

 

• incubation and acceleration services for startups, including support for further growth,
• educational and networking events,
• mentoring programmes for innovative companies.
